When does a referral qualify?
Eligible referral
- A genuinely new GableStay resident.
- The first valid code is recorded before booking payment.
- Full booking amount is received: ₹3,000 for double/triple sharing or ₹5,000 for single occupancy.
- An official receipt and individual Booking ID are issued.
- The booking is made directly with GableStay.
Not eligible
- Self-referrals or the person funding the same booking.
- Existing active leads from the previous 90 days.
- Renewals, extensions, transfers, upgrades or name substitutions.
- Employees, brokers, agents or paid partners already earning commission.
- Duplicate, reversed, fraudulent or chargeback payments.
Approval point: a booking is approved when GableStay receives the complete applicable booking amount and issues an official receipt and Booking ID. The referred resident does not need to move in first.
Important programme terms
01Only one referrer can be credited for each resident. The first valid code recorded by GableStay applies.
02The code cannot be added after the booking receipt and Booking ID have been issued.
03The referred person must not have previously booked or stayed with GableStay.
04A dormant prospect older than 90 days may qualify if the referral is recorded before they contact GableStay again.
05Each person in a group booking needs a separate identity, full booking payment and individual Booking ID.
06Referrers must be at least 18 years old; a minor may participate through a registered parent or guardian.
07If the resident later cancels or does not move in, an already approved reward remains payable unless the payment is reversed or fraud is established.
08Rewards are separate from booking charges, rent and security deposit and cannot be adjusted against a resident invoice.
09Payment is made to a verified Indian UPI ID or bank account in the referrer’s name. Cash is not available.
10Never share a UPI PIN or OTP. GableStay will never ask for either.
11Referrers may not impersonate GableStay, collect money or documents, publish false availability, spam people or run unauthorised advertisements.
12GableStay may withhold or recover a reward only for duplication, false information, collusion, fraud, reversal or chargeback. Statutory deductions may apply where required.
